[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 김해시가 지역 제조업의 안정적 성장과 장기 정착을 위해 '능동적인 투자유치 및 기업 장기정착 종합대책'을 마련하고 본격 추진한다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 대책은 최근 5년간 제조업체 수는 33% 증가했으나, 50인 이상 중견기업 수 증가세가 정체되고 기존 기업의 관외 이전 가능성이 상존함에 따라 기업 유출 최소화와 신규 투자 유치 가속화에 초점을 맞췄다.
이는 '투자매력 도시 김해'의 이미지 제고와 지역 산업 생태계 경쟁력 강화를 위한 선제적 대응으로 풀이된다.
김해시는 기존 기업 이탈 방지와 신규 기업 유치 및 조기 정착을 동시 추진하는 '투 트랙 전략'을 핵심으로, 입지·행정·재정·정책 전반에 걸친 종합적인 지원 방안을 수립했다.
