파주소방서가 6일 본서 서장실에서 근속승진 대상자 3명에 대한 계급장 수여식을 개최했다.
이날 수여식에서는 소방위로 승진한 박삼진, 정찬희, 이재훈 소방공무원에게 계급장이 전달됐다.
이번 행사는 승진자들의 그간 노고를 치하하고 앞으로의 책임을 강조하기 위해 마련됐다.

수여식에는 김명찬 서장을 비롯해 각 과장과 동료 소방공무원들이 참석해 승진자들에게 축하와 격려를 전했다.
특히 승진자들이 현장에서 이룬 업무 성과와 전문성, 동료애를 소개하며 박수로 격려하는 시간이 마련됐다.
승진자들은 앞으로 화재 진압, 구조, 구급 등 최일선 현장에서 시민의 생명과 안전을 지키는 임무를 수행하게 된다.
김명찬 파주소방서장은 "오늘 승진은 단지 직책이 바뀌는 것이 아니라 그동안의 헌신과 전문성이 인정받은 결과"라며 "시민의 안전을 위해 묵묵히 소임을 다해온 여러분께 감사드린다"고 말했다.
이어 "책임과 역할이 한층 더 커진 만큼 소방대원으로서의 사명감과 자부심을 갖고 현장에서 최선을 다해주기 바란다"고 당부했다.
