공약 이행 분야 전국 최고 평가… “주민과의 약속, 실천으로 보답”
온석지구 개발·소상공인 활성화 등 11개 핵심 공약 성실 이행 인정받아
서산시의회 이경화 의원(더불어민주당, 동문1·동문2·수석동)이 한국매니페스토실천본부가 주관한 ‘제17회 2025 지방의원 약속대상’에서 기초의원 공약이행분야 최우수상을 수상했다.
한국매니페스토실천본부의 ‘약속대상’은 지방의회의 역량을 강화하고 유권자와의 신뢰를 공고히 하기 위해 수여되는 상으로, 전국 지방의원을 대상으로 공약 이행과 입법 활동을 엄격히 심사해 선정하는 권위 있는 상으로, 이경화 의원은 지난 2022년 제9대 지방선거 당시 주민들에게 약속했던 11개 핵심 공약을 충실히 이행해온 점을 높게 평가받았다.
