브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 성수전략정비구역 4지구 재개발사업(성수4지구) 입찰 참여를 공식화하며 전사적 역량을 집중하겠다는 의지를 9일 밝혔다.
성수4지구는 서울 성동구 성수2가1동 219-4 일대에 지하 6층~지상 65층 1439세대 공동주택 및 부대·복리시설을 신축하는 사업으로 총 공사비만 1조4000억원에 육박하는 대형 정비사업이다.
업계에서는 이번 사업이 한강변을 대표하며 향후 미래 주거 트렌드를 선도하는 랜드마크 정비사업 중 하나로 꼽히기에 수주 경쟁이 치열할 것으로 보고 있다.
대우건설은 이번 입찰 참여를 위해 현장설명회 참석 및 사전 사업 검토를 마치고 현재 본입찰 준비가 한창이다. 특히, 성수가 현재 K-컬쳐를 대표하는 곳으로 한국을 넘어 글로벌 트렌드를 리딩하는 거점 지역으로서 잠재력이 풍부한 곳이라는 점에 더욱 주목하고 있다.
