독립생활 운영사 고수플러스가 AI 커리어 포트폴리오 솔루션 커리어노트와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 취업·이직 준비 과정에서 겪는 커리어 설계의 어려움과 대학생·사회초년생이 직면한 청년주거 불안 문제를 민간 차원의 협력으로 해결하기 위해 마련됐다.
양사는 각자의 핵심 역량을 결합해 청년들이 보다 안정적인 환경에서 커리어를 준비할 수 있는 실질적인 지원 모델을 구축한다는 계획이다.

고수플러스는 1인 주거 및 단기·중장기 거주 플랫폼 '독립생활'과 오프라인 주거 브랜드 '먼슬리브(MONTHLIV)'를 운영하고 있다.
독립생활 이용자의 상당수는 대학생, 사회초년생, 취업준비생으로 구성돼 있으며, 이는 커리어노트의 주요 이용자층과도 높은 접점을 갖는다.
특히 먼슬리브는 단순 숙박을 넘어 청년층의 라이프스타일과 주거 안정성을 고려한 공간 브랜드로 청년주거 문제에 대한 대안적 모델로 주목받고 있다.
이번 MOU를 통해 양사는 독립생활·먼슬리브 이용자 대상 커리어 설계 지원, 커리어노트 이용자 대상 청년주거 정보 및 혜택 제공, 양사 유저를 연결하는 동반 마케팅 및 공동 혜택 프로그램 운영 등을 단계적으로 추진할 예정이다.
이를 통해 청년들은 취업 준비와 주거 문제를 각각 따로 해결해야 하는 부담에서 벗어나 커리어와 주거를 동시에 설계할 수 있는 환경을 제공받게 된다.
커리어노트는 사회초년생과 이직 준비자를 위한 AI 기반 커리어 포트폴리오 제작 솔루션으로, 개인의 학력·경력·프로젝트·대외활동을 구조화해 지원 직무와 채용 담당자에 최적화된 포트폴리오를 자동 생성한다.
해당 서비스는 공명 파트너즈, 마음인베스트먼트, GSIC가 공동 주최한 제12회 공명전 투자 IR 대회 우승을 통해 사업성과 성장 가능성을 인정받았으며, 현재 월 2만 명 이상의 이용자가 청년취업과 이직 준비 과정에서 활용하고 있다.
