[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 지난해 공모사업에서 중대지구 풍수해 생활권 종합정비사업 총 48건이 선정돼 1,064억 원의 사업비를 확보했다고 12일 발표했다.
이번에 선정된 주요 사업에는 402억 원을 확보한 중대지구 풍수해 생활권 종합정비사업을 비롯 화왕산 숲체험 패밀리 테마파크 조성사업(50억), 신재생에너지 보급 융복합지원사업(22억), 부곡온천 놀이시설 조성사업(15억), 세계유산 축전(4억) 등이 포함됐다.
군은 공모사업 추진 과정에서 선제적인 전략을 적용해 높은 선정률을 달성했으며, 안전, 관광, 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 성과를 거두었다. 이를 통해 군의 주요 현안 해결과 지역 발전을 위한 재정 기반을 마련했다.
또한, 공모사업 성과에 기여한 직원들을 대상으로 인센티브 제도를 운영해 사기 진작과 적극적인 사업 발굴을 유도하고 있다. 이 제도는 다양한 재원 확보에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.
