부천시에 따르면, 대상자는 부천에 거주하거나 부천 소재 고등학교 또는 대학교에 재학 중인 만 18세부터 64세 이하 구직자로, 정장 상하의와 구두, 넥타이, 액세서리까지 포함된 정장 세트를 3박 4일간 무료로 대여할 수 있다.
