[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함안군은 군민 생활과 밀접한 정책을 중심으로 2026년 새롭게 추진하거나 달라지는 시책과 제도를 정리해 15일 발표했다.
올해 신설되거나 변경된 생활밀착형 정책은 △생활, 환경, 안전 분야 11건 △복지 분야 18건 △보건 분야 6건 △산업, 농업 분야 5건 △문화, 관광 분야 3건 등 총 6개 분야 43건이다.
생활, 환경, 안전 분야에서는 대형폐기물 배출 원스톱 앱 ‘빼기’ 서비스를 운영해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 간편하게 대형폐기물 배출을 신청할 수 있게 된다.
복지 분야에서는 저소득 취약계층 가구에 에어컨과 보일러를 지원(가구당 최대 100만 원)해 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경을 조성할 계획이다.
또한 식사 해결이 어려운 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 ‘함안청춘식당’을 운영해 사전 등록회원에게 자격에 따라 무료 또는 1식 1000원의 중식을 제공한다.
60세 은퇴 후 공적연금 수령 전까지의 소득 공백에 대비하기 위한 경남도민연금이 본격 시행되며, 의료와 요양 맞춤형 서비스를 연계하는 군 지역사회 통합돌봄사업을 추진한다.
보건 분야에서는 의료취약지 주민들의 구강 건강 증진을 위해 찾아가는 구강 관리 서비스인 ‘9988 치아 지킴이 사업’을 새로 시행할 예정이며, 산후 운동비 지원사업으로 출산 친화적 지역 환경 조성에 나선다.
산업 및 농업 분야에서는 농어업인 수당 지원금액이 1인 농가 30만 원, 2인 농가 60만 원에서 1인 농가 60만 원, 2인 농가 70만 원으로 늘어난다.
또한 농촌 고령화에 따른 여성농업인의 복지 강화를 위해 '여성농업인 특수건강검진' 지원 대상을 기존 51~70세에서 51~80세로 확대한다.
문화 및 관광분야에서는 문화소외계층을 위한 문화누리카드 지원 금액이 연 14만 원에서 15만 원으로 인상되고, 청년문화예술패스 지원사업은 기존 15만 원에서 20만 원으로, 대상은 19세에서 19~20세로 확대된다.
이 밖에도 △고향사랑기부금 세액공제 확대 △장애인 주거시설 투척용 소화기 지원 △한부모가족 자녀 양육비 등 지원 확대 △아동급식지원 단가 증액 등 군민 체감도가 높은 시책들이 다수 포함됐다.
군 관계자는 “올해 달라지는 시책과 제도는 군민 생활과 밀접한 사업을 중심으로 발굴해 수록했다”며 “수요자 관점에서 대상 군민이 혜택을 놓치지 않도록 적극적인 홍보에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
