【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군청소년상담복지센터는 오는 28일까지 진천경찰서와 연계해 위기 청소년을 위한 선도프로그램 ‘2026년 사랑의 교실’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
사랑의 교실은 경찰서에서 의뢰된 비행 청소년을 대상으로 진행되는 재비행 방지 교육 프로그램이다.
이번 프로그램은 도박, 절도 등 비행 유형별 특성에 맞춘 이원화된 교육 과정을 통해 프로그램의 몰입도를 높이고 실질적인 교화 효과를 거두는 데 방점을 뒀다.
먼저 20일부터 21일까지 진행되는 ‘도박 치유반’은 △내 마음 들여다보기(결핍 찾기) △건강한 에너지 찾기(도파민 지도 그리기) △거절의 기술 훈련 등의 프로그램을 통해 청소년들이 도박 중독의 위험성을 인지하고 건강한 취미를 찾을 수 있도록 돕는다.
이어 26일부터 28일까지 진행되는 ‘절도 선도반’은 1:1 심층 상담을 포함해 △물건 뒤에 숨은 마음 찾기(욕구 파이 그리기) △나비효과 지도 그리기(절도의 파장 이해) △진정한 사과와 미래 서약 등의 활동으로 구성된다.
이를 통해 청소년 스스로 비행의 비합리성을 자각하고 충동 조절 능력을 키우는 데 주력할 예정이다.
특히 이번 프로그램은 단순한 주입식 교육에서 벗어나 심리검사와 상담을 병행해 비행 행동 이면에 숨겨진 우울, 불안, 애정 욕구 등 심리적 결핍을 해소하는 데 최선을 다할 방침이다.
배이정 센터장은 “이번 사랑의 교실을 통해 청소년들이 자신의 행동을 진지하게 성찰하고, 마음속의 상처를 치유 받아 건강한 사회 구성원으로 성장하는 계기가 되길 바란다”라고 말했다.
