고양특례시 일산동구가 올해도 감리 의무 대상에서 제외되는 소규모 건축신고 건축물을 위한 '건축신고 건축물 무한돌봄 사업'을 지속 추진한다고 밝혔다.
무한돌봄 사업은 감리자 지정 의무가 없는 소규모 건축물의 부실 및 위법 시공을 사전에 예방하기 위해 마련된 정책이다.

사업은 고양지역 건축사회 소속 건축사가 건축주 상담과 시공과정 기술지도를 지원하고, 담당 공무원이 필요한 시점에 현장 점검을 병행하는 방식으로 운영된다.
구가 2025년 추진실적을 분석한 결과, 사용승인 대상 54건 중 47건이 무한돌봄 사업에 참여해 87%의 높은 참여율을 기록했다.
