고양특례시가 건축물 부문 온실가스 배출량 감축과 저탄소 녹색성장 실현을 위해 '2026년 주택 패시브 리모델링 지원사업'을 추진한다고 22일 밝혔다.
시는 2025년부터 경기도의 도비 지원을 받아 이 사업을 추진해 왔으며, 올해는 경기도 지원금 3천만 원과 시비 3천만 원을 매칭해 총 6천만 원 규모로 사업을 진행한다.
지원 대상은 「건축법」에 따라 사용승인을 받은 후 15년 이상 경과한 단독·다가구주택 및 19세대 이하 공동주택이다.
선정된 대상자는 공사비(재료비, 인건비 등)의 50% 범위 내에서 최대 1천만 원까지 보조금을 받을 수 있다.
지원되는 공사 내용은 ▲고성능 창호 교체 ▲건물 내외부 단열공사 ▲전기·조명시스템 등 전력저감 우수제품(LED등) 교체 등이다.
신청 기간은 1월 23일(금)부터 2월 12일(목)까지 3주간이다.
신청을 원하는 시민은 고양특례시 누리집(홈페이지)에서 관련 서류를 내려받아 작성한 후 고양특례시청 건축정책과를 방문해 접수하면 된다.
시는 서류심사와 현장조사, 녹색건축물 조성위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 지원 대상자를 선정할 예정이다.
시 관계자는 "녹색건축물 조성 활성화와 건축물 온실가스 감축을 위해 노후주택의 에너지 성능개선을 지속적으로 추진할 계획"이라며 "시민 여러분의 많은 관심과 신청을 바란다"고 말했다.
