브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 대상이 충청북도 보은군과 ‘농산물 생산 및 유통 활성화’를 위한 업무 협약을 체결하고, 지역 농업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 상생 협력에 앞장선다.
지난 21일 보은군청에서 열린 협약식에는 최재형 보은군수를 비롯해 대상 박성찬 유통CIC 구매실장, 신현각 상품팀장 등이 참석했다.
이번 업무협약은 충북 보은군에서 생산하는 고품질 농산물의 안정적인 판로 개척과 소비 활성화를 도모하기 위해 마련됐다. 대상은 70년 간 축적해 온 종합식품기업의 노하우를 바탕으로 생산부터 유통, 판매까지 전 과정에 적극 참여해 지역 농업 발전에도 기여한다는 방침이다.
대상은 이번 협약에 따라 보은군에서 생산하는 쌀, 양파 등 주요 농산물의 판매 촉진을 위한 유통 채널을 확대할 계획이다. 이를 통해 지역 농산물의 시장 접근성을 높이는 것은 물론, 보은군 지역 농산물의 인지도와 신뢰도를 확보해 농가의 안정적인 생산 환경 조성에 적극 협력한다.
또한, 데이터 기반으로 재배 환경을 체계적으로 관리하고 생산성을 극대화할 수 있는 노지 스마트팜 등에도 적극 동참한다. 농가와의 동반 성장을 통해 생산과 유통이 유기적으로 연계되는 선순환 구조를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
