파주시 문산도서관은 2025년 12월 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과, 전체 응답자의 90.4퍼센트가 도서관 이용에 만족한다고 응답해 개관 초기부터 시민들의 큰 사랑을 받고 있음이 확인됐다.
이번 조사는 문산도서관을 이용한 시민들을 대상으로 자료 이용의 편의성, 시설 환경, 프로그램 운영, 직원 친절도 등 서비스 전반에 대해 진행됐으며, 대부분의 항목에서 고르게 높은 평가를 받았다.
특히 쾌적한 독서 환경과 차별화된 프로그램 운영이 만족도를 끌어올린 주요 요인으로 분석된다.
2025년 9월 30일 정식 개관한 문산도서관은 세련된 실내 디자인과 개방형 독서 공간, 최신 정보기술을 접목한 스마트 라이브러리 시스템을 갖추며 개관과 동시에 방문객들의 눈길을 사로잡았다.
