[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 2027년 국비를 올해 대비 5% 상향된 1조 251억원 확보 목표로 본격적인 활동에 나섰다.
시는 27일 ‘2027년 국비확보 추진전략 보고회’를 열고 이 같이 결정했다.
시는 작년 미래 성장 동력 확보와 시민 안전을 강화할 주요 사업 추진을 위해 9,763억원의 역대 최대 국비를 확보했다.
국·도비를 합쳐 시는 2023년부터 올해까지 매년 1조원(2026년 1조2,273억원)을 넘겨 확보했다.
올해는 보다 선제적으로 대응하는 차원에서 국비확보 추진전략 보고회를 예년보다 조금 빨리 개최했으며 전체 국비신청사업 중 시의 중점현안사업 127건 4,254억원에 대한 현황보고와 사업별 확보전략, 추진상 문제점에 대한 대책을 논의했다.
특히 시 재정상황을 고려해 전략적 선택, 강력한 집중, 실질적 성과를 추진전략으로 세우고 시비 부담을 완화할 수 있는 국비 지원 사업, 시민 안전과 민생안정을 위해 반드시 필요한 사업들에 대한 집중적인 확보 활동을 추진한다.
시는 미래전략산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 △수소액화 플랜트용 압축기 개발 테스트베드 구축 △고중량물 이송 자율이동체 시험평가센터 기반 구축 △차세대 고효율 전력반도체 실증 인프라 구축 △물류영역 서비스로봇 공통 플랫폼 구축 △초안전 주행플랫폼 실용화를 위한 디지털트윈 활용 가상환경시험 기반 구축 △미래모빌리티 열관리시스템 기술사업화 플랫폼 구축 △스마트공장 보급 확산 등의 국비를 확보한다.
또 공공기반시설(인프라) 구축 국비사업으로 △부산신항~김해고속도로 건설 △초정~화명간 광역도로 건설공사 △국지도 60호선 건설 △대동첨단일반산업단지 진입도로 개설공사 △공공하수처리 사업과 시민안전 확보 사업인 △경남 산업안전 체험교육장 이전 건립 △자연재해위험개선지구 정비(매리·이동) 사업들의 원활한 추진을 위해서도 국비 확보에 주력한다.
이밖에 △AI기반 수송부품 제조산업 저탄소 전환플랫폼 구축 △부산-김해간 경량전철 건설 민간투자사업 국비 지원 △대성지구 노후주거지정비 지원사업 △노후 하수관로 정비사업 등 국가정책 연계, 시민 실생활 밀접 관련 신규사업에 대한 국비 확보에도 힘쓴다.
홍태용 시장은 “국비 확보액이 늘어나면서 시비 부담도 가중되겠지만 대규모 인프라를 구축하는 계속사업은 필요한 시기에 반드시 국비를 확보해야 하고 시민 실생활 밀접 사업도 놓쳐서는 안 된다”며 “시민생활 안정과 지역경제 활력 제고에 중점을 두고 국비 확보에 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
