한국부동산원이 부동산 데이터 분석과 활용 역량을 갖춘 전문인력 양성을 위해 ‘2026년 제1차 부동산 데이터 아카데미’를 2월 3일부터 5일까지 서울 강남지사에서 개최한다.
이번 교육 프로그램은 국토교통부의 ‘부동산 빅데이터 플랫폼 운영 사업’의 일환으로, 부동산 데이터 개방과 프롭테크 산업 육성을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다. 한국부동산원과 한국프롭테크포럼을 비롯해 공공기관과 민간기업 등 총 15개 기관이 협업해 운영 중인 부동산 빅데이터 플랫폼의 활용도를 높이는 것이 목적이다.
플랫폼에서는 현재 부동산 개발, 공급, 거래, 관리, 수익형 부동산 관련 데이터 273종과 함께 공익 목적의 데이터 서비스 10종이 제공되고 있다.
아카데미는 부동산 데이터를 업무에 활용하려는 기업 종사자와 일반인을 대상으로 하며, 선착순 30명을 모집한다. 교육 과정은 파이썬과 생성형 인공지능(AI) 등 데이터 분석 도구를 활용한 실습 중심 프로그램으로 구성됐다.
구체적으로는 부동산 데이터 분석 기획, 생성형 AI를 활용한 데이터 시각화, 공공데이터 및 플랫폼 개방데이터를 활용한 분석 실습, 데이터 기반 프로젝트 기획과 보고서 작성 등 총 6개 강의가 진행된다.
한국부동산원은 이번 교육을 통해 부동산 데이터 활용 역량을 갖춘 실무형 인재를 양성하고, 데이터 기반 부동산 산업 생태계 확산에 기여한다는 방침이다.

Korea Real Estate Board to Host ‘2026 Real Estate Data Academy’
The Korea Real Estate Board (KREB) will host the “2026 First Real Estate Data Academy” from February 3 to 5 at its Gangnam branch in Seoul, aiming to foster professionals skilled in real estate data analysis and utilization.
The program is part of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Real Estate Big Data Platform project, which seeks to promote data openness and support the growth of the proptech industry. The platform is jointly operated by KREB, the Korea PropTech Forum, and a total of 15 public and private organizations.
Currently, the platform provides 273 types of real estate data covering development, supply, transactions, management, and income-generating properties, along with 10 public-interest data services.
The academy targets corporate professionals and the general public interested in applying real estate data in their work, with up to 30 participants selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The curriculum focuses on hands-on training using data analysis tools such as Python and generative artificial intelligence (AI).
The program includes sessions on data analysis planning, AI-based data visualization, analysis using public and open platform data, and project planning and reporting based on real estate data.
KREB said the academy is designed to nurture practical data professionals and contribute to the expansion of a data-driven real estate industry ecosystem.
