이번 사업은 봉덕동 고산골 공룡공원 인근 2,219㎡ 부지에 총 65구좌를 분양해 주민들이 친환경 농업을 체험하고, 지역 공동체 회복을 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.
분양 신청은 2026년 2월 6일부터 13일까지 진행된다. 텃밭은 봉덕동 고산골 공룡공원 인근에 위치하며, 전체 면적은 2,219㎡이다. 공급되는 구좌는 총 65구좌로, 한 구좌당 약 17㎡가 배정된다. 농기구 창고와 관수시설 등 편의시설도 구축돼 있어 이용자들의 불편을 최소화했다.
분양은 우선·특별분양과 일반분양으로 나뉜다. 다자녀 가구에는 출산·양육 지원 목적으로 10구좌, 봉덕2동 주민에게는 주차난 해소를 위해 20구좌가 우선 배정된다. 나머지 35구좌는 신청자를 대상으로 무작위 추첨을 통해 분양이 이뤄질 예정이다.
