중형은 개당 99원, 대형은 105원이다. 다음달 1일부터 적용 예정으로, 국내 최저가 수준의 생리대를 확대 보급키로 했다. 생리대 상품 가격을 인하하거나 신규 상품을 출시하는 조치는 생리대 제조사에 이어 국내 유통업체로는 쿠팡이 처음이다.
시중에서 팔리는 주요 제조사 브랜드(NB)의 중대형 사이즈 생리대는 1개당 가격이 100원 후반대에서 시작, 통상 200~300원 이상에 형성돼 있다. 반면, 쿠팡 CPLB는 루나미 생리대 중대형 상품을 1개당 120~150원대로 저렴하게 제공해왔다.
현재 루나미의 대표 상품은 중형 18개입 4팩(9390원·개당 130원), 대형 16개입 4팩(9440원·개당 148원)이다.
하지만 이번 인하 조치로 같은 중형 18개입 4팩 제품은 7120원, 대형 16개입 4팩은 6690원으로 크게 낮아져 국내 최저가 수준의 생리대로 자리매김할 전망이다. 이번 인하는 고객 수요가 높은 루나미의 다른 중형·대형 번들 상품에 한해 똑같이 적용된다.
