[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 사천시는 2025년 지적재조사사업 10개 지구의 경계결정에 관한 사항을 심의·의결하기 위해 30일 ‘2026년 제1회 사천시 경계결정위원회’를 개최했다.
이번 위원회는 위원장(창원지방법원 진주지원 부장판사)을 비롯해 감정평가사, 건축사, 법무사 등 각 분야 전문가가 참석한 가운데, 경계설정 기준과 토지의 이용 현황, 토지소유자 간 합의 내용을 바탕으로 제출된 의견 56건을 포함해 금진1 외 9개 지구, 1253필지, 40만7천㎡에 대한 경계 결정 사항을 심의·의결했다.
오는 2월 4일, 위원회에서 심의·의결된 경계에 대해 토지소유자 및 이해관계인에게 경계 결정 내용을 통지할 예정이며, 통지받은 날부터 60일간의 이의신청 기간을 거쳐 경계를 확정하고, 이후 사업 완료에 따른 새로운 지적공부 작성 등 후속 행정 절차를 추진할 계획이다.
박동식 사천시장은 “지적재조사사업은 토지 경계를 명확히 하여 시민의 재산권 보호를 도모하는 사업인 만큼, 앞으로 남은 절차에서도 토지소유자와 충분한 소통과 안내를 통해 민원을 최소화하고, 사업이 차질 없이 마무리될 수 있도록 철저히 준비해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
