[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 공공기관과의 현장소통 강화에 나섰다.
시는 29일 김해문화의전당 누리홀에서 김해연구원, 김해시도시개발공사, 김해의생명산업진흥원, 김해시복지재단, 김해문화관광재단 등 공공기관 직원 350여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘공공기관 직원과의 대화’를 개최했다.
이번 행사는 시정의 방향과 중장기 미래비전을 공유하고, 현장에서 일하는 직원들과의 소통으로 조직에 대한 이해와 공감대를 넓혀 시정 발전의 동력을 마련하고자 마련됐다.
이날 각 기관의 현황과 2026년 주요 사업계획 보고에 이어 홍태용 시장이 직원들의 눈높이에 맞춰 시정 운영 방향과 중장기 미래비전을 직접 설명했다.
또 직원 초청 공연이 마련돼 김해문화관광재단 이효재 직원, 김해의생명산업진흥원 곽선희 직원이 무대에 올라 평소 업무 현장에서는 볼 수 없었던 숨겨둔 끼와 재능을 선보여 큰 호응을 얻었다.
직원들은 평소 궁금했던 시정 운영 전반과 공공기관의 역할, 조직 발전 방향 등에 대해 자유롭게 의견을 나눴으며, 행사 현장에서는 즉석 의견 수렴을 통해 다양한 목소리를 공유하는 시간도 마련됐다.
