고양특례시가 관내 유망 기업들과의 현장 소통에 나섰다.
고양시는 지난달 30일 이동환 시장이 하이비코리아, 에너지엑스, 테스콤 등 관내 3개 유망 기업을 잇달아 방문해 기업 현장의 목소리를 직접 들었다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 방문은 최근 기업 경영환경 변화와 산업 전환이 가속화되는 가운데, 현장 중심 소통을 통해 실질적인 지원 방안을 마련하고 우량기업의 안정적 성장 기반을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.

이날 이 시장은 먼저 '하이비코리아'를 찾아 주요 사업 현황과 기술 경쟁력을 살펴보고, 연구개발과 생산 과정에서 겪는 애로사항을 청취했다.
시는 향후 기업의 기술 고도화와 판로 확보를 위한 행정·제도적 지원 방안을 적극 검토하기로 했다.
이어 에너지 신산업 분야 기업인 '에너지엑스'에서는 기술 동향과 사업 추진 현황을 점검하고, 시의 탄소중립 및 에너지 전환 정책과 연계한 협력 방향을 논의했다.
특히 기업의 신산업 확장 가능성에 대해 의견을 나눴다.
마지막으로 정보통신·스마트 기술 분야의 '테스콤'을 방문해 현안과 투자 계획을 공유하고, 기업의 안정적인 지역 정착을 위한 입지·행정 지원 등 맞춤형 지원 방안을 협의했다.
이동환 시장은 "기업이 성장해야 지역이 함께 성장할 수 있다"며 "일회성 방문에 그치지 않고 앞으로도 기업과의 지속적인 소통을 이어가며 현장에서 체감할 수 있는 지원 정책을 마련해 나가겠다"고 강조했다.
