브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 1월 31일 서울시 동대문구 이문동 168-1번지 일원에 위치한 ‘신이문 역세권 도시정비형 재개발사업’의 시공사로 최종 선정됐다고 2일 밝혔다.
신이문 역세권 도시정비형 재개발사업은 지하 4층~지상 40층 총 7개동, 1200세대(임대 115세대, 장기전세 247세대 포함)의 공동주택 및 근린생활시설을 건설하는 프로젝트다. 공사금액은 약 5292억 원(VAT 별도) 규모다.
대우건설은 신이문 역세권에 ‘푸르지오 아페르타’라는 단지명을 제안했다. 단지명은 ‘열다’라는 뜻의 라틴어 아페르타(APERTA)를 통해 신이문 역세권이 이문을 넘어 서울 동북권의 미래를 여는 프리미엄의 관문으로 다시 태어난다는 의미를 담았다.
단지 특화를 위해 대우건설은 푸르지오 아페르타에 스카이 커뮤니티인 ‘스카이 파빌리온’을 조성했다. 40층 높이에서 펼쳐지는 중랑천과 도시 야경의 파노라마 뷰로 지금까지 이문에서 볼 수 없었던 새로운 경관을 제공할 계획이다.
단지 중앙에는 7개의 테마로 구성된 약 1000평 규모의 대규모 광장을 배치해 도시와 단지를 자연스럽게 연결하고, 혁신적인 단지 배치로 확보한 넓은 공간에 풍부한 녹음을 더해, 천장산과 중랑천의 잔잔한 흐름이 자연스럽게 스며드는 열린 주거 공간을 구현한다는 방침이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “신이문 역세권이 ‘푸르지오 아페르타’라는 이름으로 도시의 경계를 넘어 삶의 지평을 넓히는 압도적인 변화의 중심이자 진정한 프리미엄 랜드마크를 완성하겠다”고 전했다.
