세종북부소방서(서장 김전수)가 4일 겨울철 화재 위험이 높은 관내 대형 건축 공사현장을 대상으로 화재예방 현장 점검을 진행했다고 밝혔다.
북부 소방서에 따르면 이번 점검은 겨울철 공사장 화재 위험 요인을 사전에 제거하고, 관계자의 안전관리 의식을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
김전수 서장은 이날 소정면 고등리에 위치한 다이소 세종온라인센터 공사 현장을 방문해 안전관리 실태를 직접 확인했다.
특히 ▲용접·용단 등 화기 취급 작업 시 안전수칙 준수 여부 ▲임시소방시설 설치 및 관리 상태 ▲소량 위험물 저장·취급 실태 ▲화재 발생 시 초기 대응 체계 등을 집중적으로 점검했다.
또한, 관계자들에게 최근 공사장 화재 사례를 공유하며 현장 여건에 맞는 안전관리 방안을 안내했다.
세종북부소방서는 이달 말까지 관내 대형 공사장을 대상으로 지도 방문과 화재안전조사를 병행하며 겨울철 화재예방대책을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.
