5일 인크루트에 따르면 직장인 4362명을 대상으로 ‘직장인의 2026 설 연휴 풍경’이라는 주제로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 연차를 사용한다는 응답자는 61.6%로 나타났다. 이틀(19~20일) 모두 연차를 사용한다는 응답은 38.1%, 하루만 사용한다는 23.5%였다.
중견기업 직장인들이 연차를 사용한다는 응답이 70.4%로 가장 높았으며, △대기업 70.2% △중소기업 57.7% △공기업 및 공공기관 57.3% 순이었다.
