이날 본회의에 앞서 김항규 의원은 5분 자유발언을 통해 ‘보상업무 전담 부서의 필요성과 팀 신설’을 주제로 발언하며, 체계적인 보상업무 추진을 위한 조직 개편의 필요성을 강조했다.
이어 열린 본회의에서는 '경주시 외국인주민 및 다문화가족 지원 조례 일부개정조례안'과 '경주시 주차장 조례 일부개정조례안' 등 2건의 안건을 심의한 결과, 모두 원안 가결됐다.
이동협 의장은 폐회사를 통해 “안건 심사와 주요 업무보고 준비에 최선을 다해주신 동료 의원들과 공직자 여러분의 노고에 깊이 감사드린다”고 전했다. 이어 “다가오는 설 명절을 맞아 시민들이 따뜻하고 평안한 연휴를 보낼 수 있도록 민생 안정에 각별히 힘써 달라”고 당부했다.

Gyeongju City Council Concludes 295th Extraordinary Session… Two Ordinances Passed
The Gyeongju City Council (Chairman Lee Dong-hyeop) held the second plenary session of its 295th Extraordinary Session on the 5th, concluding its eight-day schedule.
