[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 의령군이 청년과 근로자의 정주 여건을 획기적으로 개선하고, 지역 소멸 위기에 정면 대응하기 위한 ‘청년 임대아파트 100세대 건립사업’의 첫 삽을 떴다.
의령군은 4일 의령읍 동동리 사업 부지에서 오태완 군수를 비롯한 내빈과 군민 등 천여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘일자리연계형 지원주택(청년 임대아파트) 건립사업 착공식’을 개최했다.
본 사업은 지난 2023년 국토교통부 공모사업에 선정된 이후, 경남개발공사와의 업무협약 체결과 실시설계 등 행정 절차를 차질 없이 진행하며 이날 착공에 이르렀다. 총사업비는 315억 원으로 국비 39%, 주택기금 41%, 군비 20%가 투입된다.
