[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 지난 7일 신어산 등산로 입구를 비롯한 관내 주요 산림 거점 4개소에서 ‘민·관 합동 산불예방 캠페인’을 개최했다.

이번 캠페인은 지난달 28일 산불재난 국가위기경보 단계가 ‘경계’로 격상됨에 따라 경남도 동시 산불예방 캠페인으로 추진됐다.

이날 행사에는 홍태용 김해시장, 신대호 김해시 부시장을 비롯한 전 실·국·소장, 해당 읍·면·동장, 주민단체 대표, 김해동부·서부소방서와 김해시산림조합 등 유관기관 관계자 총 300여 명이 참여했다.

참석자들은 산불 주요 원인인 ‘소각행위’와 ‘부주의’를 근절하기 위해 ▲산림 연접지 쓰레기, 논·밭두렁 소각행위 금지 ▲허가되지 않은 구역에서의 취사 및 야영 금지 ▲아궁이 및 화목보일러 사용한 후 남은 재 확실히 처리하기 등 실천 수칙을 집중적으로 안내했다.

시 산불방지대책본부 관계자는 “산불재난은 시작도 사람, 끝도 사람이다”며 “행정과 시민이 한마음 한뜻으로 산불 예방에 힘쓴다면 산불 제로 도시가 단순한 목표가 아닌 현실로 다가올 것”이라 말했다.
