이들 4개 교육지원청은 9일 오전 10시 대구광역시사회복지관협회, 세이브더칠드런 동부지역본부와 ‘우리 같이 한 아이 키우기’ 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 오는 2026년 3월 전면 시행되는 학생맞춤통합지원법에 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 조치다.
‘우리 같이 한 아이 키우기’ 사업은 학습, 정서, 가정환경 등 여러 위기에 놓인 학생을 조기에 찾아내 학교와 지역사회가 함께 지원하는 지역기반 통합 돌봄 모델이다. 이 협약은 대구달성교육지원청이 세이브더칠드런이 운영하던 기존 사업에 교육지원청의 참여를 제안하면서 체결됐다.
이번 협약에 따라 교육지원청은 학교 현장에서 위기 학생을 발굴하고, 학교생활 정보 공유와 지속적인 모니터링을 맡게 된다. 대구광역시사회복지관협회는 사례관리 기관과의 연계와 지역 자원 조정을 담당하며, 정기 협의회를 통해 기관 간 협력을 강화한다. 세이브더칠드런은 사업 기획과 운영, 협력체계 조율, 아동권리 관점의 모니터링과 성과 관리를 맡는다.
