포천시는 연휴가 시작되는 오는 14일부터 18일까지 ‘설 연휴 종합대책’을 추진하고, 시민 생활과 직결된 ▲안전 ▲교통 ▲생활 ▲물가 ▲나눔 등 5대 분야에 대한 종합상황반을 운영한다고 10일 밝혔다.
우선 시는 연휴 기간 의료 공백을 최소화하기 위해 지역응급의료센터와 병원 응급실 운영을 강화한다. 관내 2개 응급의료기관을 포함해 병·의원 62개소와 약국 49개소가 지정된 일자에 문을 열어 응급환자 발생에 대비한다.
시민 편의를 위한 생활 대책도 꼼꼼히 챙겼다. 쾌적한 환경 조성을 위해 5개 대행업체가 연휴 기간에도 일반쓰레기와 음식물 쓰레기 등을 정상 수거하며, 상하수도 시설 고장 시 즉각 복구할 수 있는 비상 대기조도 가동한다. 또한, 귀성객 편의와 지역 경제 활성화를 위해 관내 유료 공영주차장을 13일부터 18일까지 전면 무료 개방한다.
특히 아프리카돼지열병(ASF) 등 가축 질병 확산을 막기 위해 방역대책본부를 24시간 유지하고, 거점 소독 초소를 철저히 관리해 축산 농가와 시민들의 불안을 해소할 방침이다.
