부평구에 따르면, ‘나눠 입개’는 2026년 부평구가 새롭게 추진하는 자원순환 사업으로, 사용하지 않는 반려견 의류와 용품을 주민 간에 교환함으로써 폐기물 발생을 줄이고 자원순환 실천 문화를 확산하고자 마련됐다.
