‘냠냠꼭꼭 사랑한끼’ 사업 본격 가동… 11월까지 드림스타트 120가구 지원

충남 태안군이 돌봄 사각지대에 놓인 취약계층 아동들을 위해 따뜻한 한 끼 나눔에 나섰다. 군은 결식 우려가 있는 아동들의 영양 불균형을 해소하고 건강한 성장을 돕기 위해 밑반찬 지원 사업인 ‘냠냠꼭꼭 사랑한끼’를 추진한다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 경제적 어려움이나 가족 구성의 특성상 고른 영양 섭취가 어려운 조손가정과 한부모 가정 등 드림스타트 대상 120가구를 위해 마련됐다. 이달부터 오는 11월까지 총 6회에 걸쳐 아이들의 입맛과 영양을 고려한 맞춤형 식단이 각 가정으로 전달된다.
이번 사업이 더욱 특별한 이유는 지역 주민들의 자발적인 참여에 있다. 드림스타트 어머니봉사단과 전문 요리 기능사 등 재능기부자들이 직접 조리업체에 모여 음식을 만든다.
메뉴 구성 또한 아이들이 선호하는 불고기, 육원전, 진미채볶음 등 밑반찬 2~3종과 제철 김치로 알차게 꾸려 실질적인 영양 보충이 가능하도록 했다.
단순한 음식 전달을 넘어 정서적 교감도 함께 이뤄진다. 봉사자들은 조리된 음식을 들고 가정을 직접 방문해 아이들의 안부를 묻고 생활 환경을 살피는 등 ‘지역 사회 안전망’ 역할까지 수행한다. 지난 10일 진행된 첫 활동에서는 설 명절 음식과 밑반찬을 담은 꾸러미를 20가정에 전달하며 명절의 온기를 나눴다.
태안군은 다가오는 4월과 5월에도 계절별 특성에 맞는 신선한 식단을 구성해 나눔을 이어갈 방침이다.
