김 의원은 11일 (사)기본사회 부안본부 사무실에서 기자회견을 열고 "군민의 목소리를 정책 출발점으로 삼아, 위기의 부안을 희망과 활력이 넘치는 '부안형 기본사회'로 만들겠다"고 출사표를 던졌다.
