브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차가 2월부터 현대인증중고차 이용 고객 대상으로 더드림 쿠폰을 제공하는 고객 프로모션을 지속 실시한다.
더드림 쿠폰은 현대인증중고차에서 ‘내차팔기’ 서비스 이용 시 사용 가능하며, 적용 가능한 차종은 매달 변경될 예정으로 현대인증중고차 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
고객은 해당 쿠폰을 활용해 차량에 따라 최대 100만원까지 최종 견적가를 높여 현대인증중고차에 차량을 판매할 수 있다.
대상 차종은 운행기간 1~4년, 주행거리 5000~10만km를 동시에 충족하는 현대차와 제네시스의 무사고 차량이다.
2월 한 달 동안 현대차는 △아반떼 △쏘나타 △그랜저 △캐스퍼 △아이오닉 5 △아이오닉 6에 50만원을 지원한다.
제네시스는 △GV60 △GV70 전동화 모델 △G80 전동화 모델에 100만원을 지원한다.
아울러 현대차는 중고차 구매부터 매각까지 모든 과정을 하나로 연결해 고객 혜택을 통합적으로 안내하는 ‘올인원 케어(All-in-One Care)’ 서비스도 시작했다.
현대차는 이번 서비스를 통해 고객이 현대인증중고차 혜택을 직접 찾을 필요 없이 차량 구매, 이용, 매각 등 단계에서 이용 가능한 혜택을 문자메시지 등 다양한 방법으로 안내할 예정이다.
이를 통해 고객은 △구매 금액의 0.1% 멤버십 포인트 전환 △1년/2만km 보증 △중고차 매각 후 현대차 신차 구매 시 할인해주는 ‘트레이드인’ 등 혜택을 손쉽게 파악할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
현대차 관계자는 “현대인증중고차는 ‘만든 사람이 끝까지 케어한다’는 철학을 바탕으로 고객이 신뢰할 수 있는 중고차 경험을 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 보다 나은 고객경험을 제공하기 위해 다양한 고객 지원 프로그램을 진행하겠다”고 말했다.
