A씨는 2024년 8월 국내에 법인을 설립한 뒤, 중국산 태양광 정션박스를 제조용 부품으로 신고해 원산지표시 면제 대상으로 수입하고 한-중 FTA 특혜관세(0%)를 적용받아 국내로 반입했다.
