그동안 간병비는 건강보험 비급여 항목으로 분류되어 경제적 형편이 어려운 어르신들에게는 큰 부담으로 작용해 왔다. 시는 이번 프로젝트를 통해 가족들의 간병 부담을 덜어주고, 어르신들이 치료와 회복에만 전념할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다는 방침이다.
