시가 집계한 자료에 따르면, 지난 1월 31일부터 2월 8일까지 눈축제 기간 동안 타워브릿지 이용객은 하루 평균 약 2,500명에 달했다. 특히 지난 8일 기준 누적 이용객 수는 6만 7,400명을 기록하며 태백의 새로운 랜드마크로서의 존재감을 증명했다.
축제 기간 태백을 찾은 관광객들은 타워브릿지를 공영주차장과 시내 상권을 잇는 주요 보행 통로로 적극 활용했다. 이를 통해 자연스럽게 외곽 주차장 이용 후 도심으로 진입하는 동선이 형성되었으며, 결과적으로 시내 중심권의 차량 집중 현상을 완화하고 주차 부담을 덜어내는 실질적인 효과로 이어졌다.
