포천시종합사회복지관은 장애인에 대한 긍정적인 인식 형성과 포용적인 지역 문화 확산을 위해, 지역사회 인식 개선 프로젝트인 '향기데이'를 새롭게 기획해 운영한다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번에 첫선을 보이는 '향기데이'는 기존에 복지관에서 운영 중이던 장애인 특화 직업체험 프로그램 '향기상회'와 연계해 마련됐다. 장애인 참여자들이 직접 바리스타가 되어 음료 제조부터 서비스 제공까지 전 과정에 주도적으로 참여하며, 지역사회 구성원들과 허물없이 소통할 수 있는 교류의 장으로 기획됐다.
