의정부시는 청년 세대의 안정적인 정주 기반 마련과 주거 이전 비용 부담 완화를 목적으로 ‘2026년 청년 중개수수료 및 이사비 지원사업’을 추진, 오는 23일부터 본격적인 신청자 모집에 나선다고 19일 밝혔다.
지원 대상은 2025년 1월 1일 이후 의정부시로 전입했거나, 관내에서 이사한 후 전입신고를 정상적으로 마친 19세에서 39세 이하의 무주택 청년들이다. 시는 이들이 이사 과정에서 지출한 부동산 중개보수와 이사비를 실비로 지원해, 청년들이 경제적 짐을 덜고 지역사회에 안정적으로 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 적극 돕는다는 방침이다.
