[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군 황매산 숲속야영장이 동절기 휴장을 마치고 오는 3월 6일부터 운영을 재개한다.
황매산 숲속야영장은 지난해 12월 1일부터 3월 5일까지 동절기 휴장 및 시설 정비 기간을 운영했으며, 안전 점검과 환경 정비를 완료하고 이용객 맞이에 들어간다.
3월 이용을 위한 예약 신청은 지난 2월 8일부터 12일까지 진행됐다.
예약은 합천군청 황매산군립공원 홈페이지를 통해 매월 초(8일 ~ 12일) 신청을 받아 추첨 방식으로 운영된다.
추첨을 통해 당첨자에 한해 예약이 확정되며, 추첨 이후 발생하는 잔여 객실 및 취소분에 대해서는 선착순 예약이 가능하다.
야영장은 캠퍼하우스 11동, 카라반 15동, 텐트사이트 31개소 등 다양한 숙박·야영 시설을 갖추고 있다.
특히 카라반 구역에는 커뮤니티 오피스를 갖춘 ‘워케이션(Work+Vacation)’ 공간이 조성되어 있어 자연 속에서 업무와 휴식을 동시에 즐길 수 있는 체류형 관광지로 운영되고 있다.
야영장은 매월 화요일과 수요일을 정기 휴무일로 운영한다.
또한 황매산 철쭉제 기간인 5월 1일부터 11일(예정)까지는 방문객 안전관리와 원활한 축제 운영을 위해 야영장을 휴장할 계획이다.
이와 함께 황매산 관람 편의를 높이기 위한 나눔카트는 3월 5일부터 운행을 시작한다.
나눔카트는 황매산 관광안내소에서 접수 후 이용 가능하며, 계절에 따라 봄철에는 철쭉군락지, 가을철에는 억새군락지를 중심으로 운행한다. 내부 사정이나 기상 여건에 따라 운행 일정은 변경될 수 있다.
