대전 서구가 청년 예술가들의 창작 세계를 지원하고 구민의 문화 향유 기회를 넓히기 위해 ‘2026 대전 서구 아트페어 아트스프링(Art Spring)’ 참여 작가를 모집한다.
올해로 3회째를 맞이한 이번 행사는 청년 작가에게 작품 전시와 판매의 장을 마련해주는 지역 대표 청년 예술 축제다.
오는 4월 3일부터 4일까지 이틀간 탄방동 로데오타운 일대에서 개최되며, 작품 전시 외에도 각종 공연, 플리마켓, 먹거리 등 다채로운 프로그램이 운영된다.
모집 분야는 회화, 조소, 공예, 웹툰을 포함한 시각예술 전 분야다. 지원 자격은 대전광역시에 거주하거나 활동 중인 19세 이상 39세 이하(1987~2007년생) 청년 작가로 제한된다.
최종 선발된 작가에게는 행사 기간 동안 작품을 선보일 수 있는 전용 전시 및 판매 공간이 제공되며, 창작 지원금 20만 원이 지급된다.
접수 기간은 내달 3일부터 6일 오후 6시까지이며, 이메일을 통해 신청할 수 있다. 서구청은 제출된 서류와 포트폴리오 심사를 거쳐 참여 작가를 최종 선정할 방침이다.

Daejeon Seo-gu is recruiting artists for the "2026 Daejeon Seo-gu Art Fair Art Spring" to support the creative endeavors of young artists and expand cultural opportunities for residents.
Now in its third year, this event is a representative youth arts festival in the region, providing a venue for young artists to exhibit and sell their work.
The event will be held for two days, April 3rd and 4th, in the Rodeo Town area in Tanbang-dong. In addition to the exhibition, various programs will include performances, a flea market, and food.
Recruitment is open to all visual arts disciplines, including painting, sculpture, crafts, and webtoons. Applicants must be young artists aged 19 to 39 (born between 1987 and 2007) living or working in Daejeon.
The final selected artists will be provided with a dedicated exhibition and sales space to showcase their work during the event, as well as a creative support grant of 200,000 won.
