거창군, '지역 돌봄의 새 지평' 연다

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군이 군민의 노후와 촘촘한 복지 안전망 구축을 위한 전략적 행보에 나섰다. 군 지역사회보장협의체는 지난 20일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘2026년 제1차 심의회’를 개최하고, 민·관 협력을 통한 지역 복지 청사진을 구체화했다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 심의회에는 위원 21명이 참석했으며, ▲신규 위원 위촉장 수여 ▲제5기 지역사회보장계획 2025년 연차별 시행결과 심의 ▲2026년 거창군 통합돌봄 실행계획 보고 등을 주요 안건으로 심의했다

지역사회보장협의체는 지역 내 사회보장 관련 기관·단체 및 연계 분야 대표들이 참여해 협력체계를 구축하고 지역사회보장 증진을 위한 정책을 심의·자문하는 기구다. 또한, 읍·면 지역사회보장협의체와 연계해 ‘아림골 온봄 공동체사업’, ‘아림1004 특화사업’등 지역 특성에 맞는 다양한 맞춤형 복지사업을 추진하고 있다. 

이날 심의회에서는 2025년 시행계획에 따라 추진된 38개 세부사업의 목표 달성도와 예산 집행 실적을 평가했다. 특히, 거창형 의료복지타운 조성, 화장장 건립, 경로당 순회 주치의 제도 도입 등 8개 사업을 중점 추진 전략으로 선정하고 그 성과를 점검했다.

아울러 2026년 3월 시행 예정인 「의료·요양 등 지역돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률」에대비해, 돌봄이 필요한 군민이 살던 곳에서 존엄한 삶을 이어갈 수 있도록 지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄 체계를 구축하는 ‘2026년 통합돌봄 실행계획’을 보고하고 다양한 의견을 공유했다. 

구인모 공공위원장은 “돌봄이 필요한 군민 누구나 지역사회 안에서 존엄한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 위원들의 지속적인 관심과 노력을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
