유진그룹 계열사 동양(대표 박주형)이 레미콘 제조업 현장에 최적화된 안전보건 지침서 ‘위험성평가 바이블(BIBLE)’을 발간했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 지침서는 형식적인 문서 중심의 안전관리를 탈피하고, 현장에서 실질적으로 작동하는 안전 체계를 구축하기 위해 기획됐다. 특히 최근 중대재해처벌법 판례 분석을 통해 도출된 개선점을 반영하고, 레미콘 공정의 특수성을 고려해 실무자가 즉시 적용할 수 있는 내용을 담았다.
동양은 이 지침서를 자사 사업장은 물론 동종 업계에도 무상으로 보급할 계획이다. 일회성 배포에 그치지 않고 근로자 피드백을 통해 내용을 지속 보완하며, 업계 전반의 안전관리 수준을 높이겠다는 방침이다.
한편, 동양을 포함한 유진기업, 유진한일합섬 등 유진그룹 제조업 계열사들은 2026년을 '중대재해 예방의 해'로 삼고 실습 중심 교육과 현장 멘토링 등을 통해 참여형 안전문화 정착에 박차를 가하고 있다.
Tongyang Publishes ‘Risk Assessment Bible’ Tailored for Ready-Mixed Concrete Manufacturing

Tongyang(CEO Park Joo-hyung), a business unit of Eugene Group, announced on the 23rd the publication of the 'Risk Assessment Bible,' a practical safety and health management guidebook specifically designed for the ready-mixed concrete manufacturing industry.
The manual was developed to move beyond formal, document-oriented safety management and establish a system that functions effectively on the ground. Key features include an analysis of recent Serious Accidents Punishment Act (SAPA) rulings and specific guidelines tailored to the unique processes of concrete manufacturing, allowing supervisors to apply them immediately.
Tongyang plans to distribute the guidebook for free to its business sites and other companies within the industry. The company aims to continuously refine the content based on worker feedback, ensuring that risk assessment becomes a practical tool for safety rather than a mere administrative task.
Along with Tongyang, other Eugene Group manufacturing affiliates, including Eugene Concrete and Eugene Hanil Fiber, are strengthening field-oriented safety management. By designating 2026 as the "Year of Preventing Serious Accidents," the group is accelerating the establishment of a participatory safety culture through hands-on training and expert mentoring.
