<브레이크뉴스 의정부 = 이용하 기자> 의정부과학도서관이 미래의 꼬마 과학자들을 위해 다채로운 오감 만족 체험 프로그램을 마련했다.
24일 의정부시에 따르면, 과학도서관은 관내 어린이집, 유치원 및 초등학교를 대상으로 오는 3월부터 ‘어린이과학체험실 단체 견학 프로그램’을 본격 운영한다.
과학도서관 3층에 자리한 어린이과학체험실은 아이들의 호기심을 자극할 최첨단 시설들로 꾸며져 있다. 3D 영상과 특수효과로 가상현실을 즐기는 ‘4D 영상체험실’을 비롯해, 동작인식 기술과 모래놀이가 결합된 ‘모션샌드’, 실감 나는 우주 영상을 감상하는 ‘천체투영실’, 우주로 발사되는 순간을 생생하게 느끼는 ‘우주선 탑승 체험’ 등 놀이와 학습을 동시에 잡은 알찬 콘텐츠가 가득하다.
도서관 측은 견학에 참여하는 어린이들이 ‘지구와 환경’ 전시 관람을 시작으로 다양한 체험 시설을 순차적으로 즐기며 과학 원리를 자연스럽게 습득할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
