대전시교육청, 대전교육의 새 얼굴 신규 교사 77명 ‘희망의 첫발’

대전광역시교육청이 미래 교육을 이끌어갈 새내기 교사들을 맞이하며 대전 교육의 새로운 활력을 예고했다. 

대전시 교육청은 25일, 2026년 3월 1일 자 인사발령에 따른 초·중등 신규 교사 임명장 수여식을 개최하고 대전 교육 가족으로서 첫발을 내디딘 교사들을 격려했다.

이번 수여식은 신규 교사들이 배치받은 기관의 특성과 편의를 고려해 장소를 나누어 진행됐다. 

본청 소속 34명을 포함해 동부교육지원청 27명, 서부교육지원청 16명 등 총 77명의 새내기 교사가 각자의 임지에서 임명장을 수령했다. 이들은 초등 22명, 중등 55명으로 구성되어 대전 전역의 학교 현장에 배치될 예정이다.

설동호 대전광역시교육감은 축사를 통해 대전 교육에서 행복한 교직 생활의 첫걸음을 떼게 된 교사들에게 축하의 메시지를 전했다. 

설 교육감은 학생들의 바른 성장을 돕기 위해 뜨거운 열정과 깊은 믿음으로 교육에 매진해 줄 것을 강조하는 한편, 급변하는 교육 환경 속에서 꾸준한 자기 계발과 전문성 신장에 힘써달라고 당부했다.

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education welcomed new teachers who will lead the future of education, heralding a new dynamism in Daejeon education.

On the 25th, the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education held an appointment ceremony for new elementary and middle school teachers, effective March 1, 2026, and encouraged the teachers who took their first steps into the Daejeon education family.

The ceremony was held at separate locations, considering the characteristics and convenience of each institution.

A total of 77 new teachers received their appointment certificates at their respective locations: 34 from the main office, 27 from the Eastern Office of Education, and 16 from the Western Office of Education. These new teachers, comprised of 22 elementary school teachers and 55 middle school teachers, will be assigned to schools throughout Daejeon.

Daejeon Metropolitan Superintendent of Education Seol Dong-ho delivered a congratulatory address to the teachers who took the first step toward a fulfilling teaching career in Daejeon.
