세종시교육청은 25일 본청 2층 대강당에서 승진·전직자 및 신규 교사 등 총 109명을 대상으로 임명장 수여식을 진행했다.
이번 수여식은 교직에 첫발을 내딛는 신규 교사들과 새로운 소임에 나서는 교육전문직원들의 각오를 다지는 자리로 마련됐다.
이날 임명장을 받은 인원은 교육전문직원 18명, 교장·원장 13명, 교감·원감 18명, 신규 교사 60명 등 총 109명이다.
구연희 교육감 권한대행은 대상자 전원에게 직접 임명장을 전달하며 새로운 시작을 축하했다. 이어 진행된 신규 교사 대상 배지 패용식과 참석자 전원의 선서식에서는 교육자로서의 사명을 되새기는 엄숙한 분위기가 이어졌다.
구연희 권한대행은 축사를 통해 인공지능(AI) 디지털 교과서 도입 등 급격하게 변화하는 교육 현장의 흐름을 언급하며 교사의 본질적인 역할을 강조했다.
