진천군, '26년 상반기 회계실무 역량 강화 교육 진행

  【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 공정하고 투명한 재정 집행과 회계 계약업무의 기초 실무 능력을 높이고자 포석 조명희 문학관에서 ‘2026년 상반기 회계실무 역량 강화 교육’을 실시했다고 26일 밝혔다. 

  이번 교육에는 군 회계·계약 담당자와 신규 공무원 등 100여 명이 참석했으며, 공공 회계 분야 전문기관인 ㈜공공계약연구원 수석연구원 김종욱 강사를 초청해 현장 중심의 실무회계 지식을 교육했다. 

  교육은 약 3시간 동안 회계·계약 업무 전반을 아우르는 핵심 내용으로 진행됐다. 

  주요 교육 내용은 △회계·계약의 기본 개념 이해와 집행 실무 △세출 과목에 대한 이해 △세입세출외현금 관리 △회계·계약 분야 주요 감사사례 공유 등이다.

  특히, 반복적으로 지적되는 감사사례를 중심으로 실제 업무에서 발생할 수 있는 문제상황과 대응 방안을 함께 다뤄, 업무 담당자들이 사전에 위험요인을 파악하고 예방하는 데 중점을 두고 진행됐다.

  최원경 군 회계과장은 “회계와 계약업무는 행정의 신뢰성과 직결되는 핵심 분야”라며 “이번 교육을 통해 관련 규정을 정확하게 이해하고 실무 능력을 제대로 갖춰 건전한 지방재정 운영에 도움이 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

  한편, 군은 이번 교육을 시작으로 하반기에도 분야별 전문교육을 추진해 직원들의 회계업무 수행 역량을 지속 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
