【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 26일 증평기록관에서 산림녹화 기록전시 ‘애림가(愛林家)’와 연계한 어린이 특강 프로그램 ‘증평 어린이 어벤저스, 기록유산을 찾아라!’를 개최했다.
이번 특강은 2025년 유네스코 세계기록유산으로 등재된 대한민국 산림녹화기록물의 의미를 어린이 눈높이에 맞춰 전달하고, 기록의 가치와 역할을 체험 중심으로 배우기 위해 마련됐다.
프로그램은 증평기록관과 유네스코 국제기록유산센터(ICDH)가 협력해 기획했으며, 지역 내 초등학교 3학년부터 6학년 학생 20여 명이 참여했다.
이날 특강은 유네스코 국제기록유산센터(ICDH)의 노지영 선임전문관이 맡아 진행했으며, 유네스코 세계기록유산의 개념과 역할을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 강의와 활동을 병행한 체험 프로그램이 진행됐다.
이어 참여 어린이들은 산림녹화 기록전시 ‘애림가, 숲을 키운 사람들’을 함께 관람하며, 증평 남부5리 임야관리위원회 기록을 비롯한 지역 산림녹화 기록물의 의미를 살펴보는 시간을 가졌다.
군 관계자는 “세계기록유산은 과거의 유물이 아니라 다음 세대를 위한 소중한 자산”이라며 “이번 어린이 특강이 우리 지역의 기록을 자랑스럽게 여기고 기록의 중요성을 배우는 계기가 됐길 바란다”고 말했다.
한편, 증평기록관은 기록을 활용한 전시와 교육을 지속적으로 개최해 주민과 만나고, 전국의 다양한 기관들과도 협력을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, held a special children's lecture program, "Jeungpyeong Children's Avengers, Finding Documentary Heritage!" on the 26th at the Jeungpyeong Archives in conjunction with the "Aerimga" (愛林家) forestation record exhibition.
This special lecture was designed to convey the significance of Korea's forestation records, designated as UNESCO Memory of the World in 2025, in a way that was accessible to children, and to provide hands-on learning about the value and role of these records.
