한수원 월성본부, ‘2026 안전보건 상생협력 우수기업’ 선정

월성원자력본부는 지난 25일 서울 용산 피크앤파크컨벤션센터에서 열린 협약식에서 '2026 안전보건 상생협력 우수기업'에 이름을 올렸다. 이번 선정은 원·하청 간 상생 안전관리 실천과 협력사 안전수준 향상을 위한 지원 활동이 대외적으로 인정받은 결과로 평가된다.

월성본부는 모기업과 참여사 간 상생 기반의 안전보건관리체계 구축을 목표로 사내·외 협력사 및 지역 중소기업 21개 업체와 함께 사업에 참여해 왔다. 참여 기업들은 △안전보건 컨설팅 지원 △상생협의체 구성·운영 △근로자 휴게시설 개선 △스마트 안전보건 장비 도입 등 현장 중심의 개선 과제를 공동 추진하며 안전한 작업환경 조성에 힘써왔다.

권원택 본부장은 “이번 우수기업 선정은 월성본부와 참여사가 함께 만들어낸 상생의 성과”라며 “앞으로도 대·중소기업 간 협력 기반의 안전보건 상생 모델을 지속적으로 확대해 현장 중심의 실효성 있는 안전문화 정착에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) Wolseong Headquarters (Director Kwon Won-taek) has been selected as an outstanding company in the "2026 Safety and Health Win-Win Cooperation Project" hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Wolseong Headquarters was named the "2026 Safety and Health Win-Win Cooperation Outstanding Company" at a signing ceremony held at the Peak & Park Convention Center in Yongsan, Seoul on the 25th. This selection is recognized as a result of its efforts to practice win-win safety management between primary and subcontractors and to support the improvement of safety standards for partner companies.

Wolseong Headquarters has participated in the project with 21 in-house and external partners, as well as local small and medium-sized enterprises, with the goal of establishing a win-win safety and health management system between the parent company and participating companies. Participating companies have been working to create a safe working environment by jointly pursuing field-focused improvement projects, including safety and health consulting support, the formation and operation of a mutually beneficial council, improvements to worker break facilities, and the introduction of smart safety and health equipment.

Director Kwon Won-taek stated, "This selection as an excellent company is a result of the mutually beneficial partnership between the Wolseong headquarters and the participating companies." He added, "We will continue to expand this model of mutually beneficial safety and health cooperation between large and small businesses, dedicating ourselves to establishing an effective, field-focused safety culture."
