[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 밀양시관광협의회 제2대 손정태 회장이 26일 아리나호텔에서 취임식을 갖고 지역 관광산업 발전을 위한 새로운 도약을 다짐했다.

손정태 회장은 지역 관광 발전을 위해 다시 한번 회장직을 맡아 앞으로 3년간 협의회를 이끌게 된다.

손 회장은 취임사에서 “회원 간 소통과 협력을 강화해 현장에서 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 관광 활성화 성과를 만들겠다”며 “민관이 함께 성장하는 밀양 관광 생태계를 구축하겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.

2023년 설립된 밀양시관광협의회는 지역 관광사업체와 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하는 민관 협력 조직으로, 관광 현장 역량 강화와 지역 관광 활성화를 위한 다양한 사업을 추진해 오고 있다.

이날 취임식에서는 밀양 관광산업 발전에 기여한 유공자 표창과 제2기 임원진 소개가 진행됐으며, 협의회의 새로운 출발을 다짐하는 시간을 가졌다.
