대전시가 여름철 집중호우 시 발생할 수 있는 맨홀 추락 사고를 막기 위해 침수 우려 지역을 중심으로 추락 방지 시설을 전면 설치해 관내 하수도 시설물에 대한 대대적인 안전 보강에 나선다.
