(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 3일부터 3월 27일까지 25일간 ‘2026년 규제개선 기업·시민 아이디어 공모’를 추진한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 공모는 기업과 시민이 일상과 산업 현장에서 겪는 불합리한 규제를 발굴해 현장 중심의 실질적인 정책 개선으로 이어가기 위해 마련됐다.
공모는 규제개선에 관심 있는 기업, 단체, 개인 누구나 거주지 제한 없이 참여할 수 있다.
공모 분야는 별도 제한 없이 생활 속 불편 사항, 기업 활동을 저해하는 행정규제, 지역 발전을 지연시키는 개발규제 등 전 분야 개선 과제를 대상으로 한다.
접수된 제안은 창의성 30%, 실현가능성 30%, 효과성 40%를 기준으로 심사한다.
총 10명을 선정해 최우수 1명에게 30만 원, 우수 1명에게 20만 원, 장려 2명에게 각 10만 원, 노력 6명에게 각 5만 원을 시상한다.
공모는 시민정책제안 플랫폼 ‘부천, 제안핸썹!’을 통해 진행한다.
참여자는 부천시 홈페이지와 연계된 플랫폼에서 제안서 서식을 내려받아 작성한 뒤 전자우편 또는 우편으로 제출하면 된다.
포스터에 게시된 큐알(QR)코드를 통해서도 ‘부천, 제안핸썹!’에 접속할 수 있다.
선정된 아이디어는 소관부서 검토를 거쳐 중앙부처 법령 개선 건의와 자치법규 정비로 연결한다.
